Donnybrook - Residential lot Design
Location: Donnybrook, WA
CEA were engaged by VPE Consulting to undertake the civil design modelling and drawing production for the detailed design of an access road drainage swales and earthworks pad for the proposed residential development. The topography of the site made the consideration for overland flow and scour important parts of the design to satisfy councils' requirements.
Forrest Road - Childcare Centre
Location: Haynes, WA
CEA were engaged by VPE Consulting to undertake the civil design modelling and drawing production for the 50% design of an access road, car park, drainage basin and earthwork pad for a proposed childcare centre. This was phase one of a proposed larger sub-division where approximately 18 plots would be designed on adjacent land.
