Recent carriageway improvements work upon Pile Street have resulted in the vertical geometry changes to the Wild Bull Brewery access / crossover.
Large vehicles, specifically dual axle buses are encountering difficulty in accessing the property due to the insufficient vertical clearance from the road surface to the underside of the vehicle.
CEA undertook the modelling of the driveway and provided the design documentation through to IFC.

CEA were engaged by VPE Consulting to undertake the civil design modelling and drawing production for the tender design of this project.
Utilising plans from a planning and architecture team in which a layout was proposed CEA were responsible for detailing up the concept plans to ensure the site levels took into account drainage and earthwork requirements.

This project required the modelling and drawing production of a parking embayment within a residential cul-de sac. Additional consideration and modelling was undertaken to provide a further path connection from the back of the emabyment to the existing path within the adjacent park.
